The Moorland Links Hotel is a popular venue for all types of corporate events. Located within Dartmoor National Park yet less than 30 minutes drive from Plymouth City Centre, we offer a comfortable retreat for today’s businessperson. Situated on the A386 Plymouth-Tavistock road, the hotel is easily accessible, and is conveniently located adjacent to the Links golf course.

Set in 9 acres of beautiful grounds, with superb views of the Tamar Valley, the hotel has 45 ensuite bedrooms, many overlooking the stunning landscape. The hotel has the benefit of a large car park, which is free for hotel guests and conference delegates.

Our flexible meeting facilities include four main conference rooms, ideal for events for between 2 and 150 delegates. All of our meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access. With a peaceful location and natural daylight in all the suites, the Moorland Links Hotel is the ideal place for a variety of events, including seminars, residential training courses and private functions.

The Chandelier Ballroom
The largest of our Suites is the Chandelier Ballroom, which overlooks our gardens and Dartmoor National Park. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer plenty of natural daylight and panoramic views, making this an ideal location for all-day meetings, team-building events and exhibitions. The Ballroom can accommodate a total of 150 delegates in a theatre-style layout, or alternatively can be split into two sections. When divided, the Lower Ballroom is a spacious venue for U-shape or classroom-style layouts, while the Upper Ballroom provides the perfect break-out room or refreshment area.

Brentor Bar
The ground-floor Brentor Bar is accessible via the Ballroom or by its own private entrance. This flexible room will comfortably seat up to 50 delegates in a theatre-style layout for meetings and seminars and is equally suitable for training courses and workshops for up to 30.

Tavistock Room
The first-floor Tavistock Room is a popular venue for training days and syndicate work for up to 30 delegates or theatre-style meetings for a maximum of 50 people. The Tavistock Room has natural daylight and ample power points.

Moorland Room
Located close to the Tavistock Room, the Moorland Room is ideal for smaller meetings, interviews or as a break-out area for up to a 20 delegates.
